Every year for holiday meals, millions upon millions are putting globular, can-shaped aliens on their tables. At the end of the meal, you glance over and see that hardly any has been taken. Why? Because that chilled nightmare isn't exactly holding its own up against rich and hot gravy, hot rolls, and hot... Well, everything you serve is hot, why let the cranberry sauce suffer?
I have the perfect solution that doesn't take much time or effort, yet still provides warm, sweet and sour, pairs-perfectly-with-gravy-sauce.
Buy a can of cranberry sauce. Either with or without the whole berries.
Heat over medium-low heat until smooth (unless you have whole berries, in which case, make sure the gelatin is melted down.
Step 3: keep warm until serving.
Enjoy! Prepare to have your world rocked!
