These are two of the sweetest, kindest souls I have ever met. Just so happens, they will be my future sister- and brother-in-law!
Y'all remember those MULTIPLE snow days Louisiana was blessed with earlier this year, right? On the last one, Kimi and Cory came over to my home and let me do a few portraits with them in front of our red barn.
Sam actually attempted ambushing us after the next image with several snowballs that weren't packed enough to stand up to the wind resistance, but he was sure proud of them!
That's a proper Louisiana Snowman, look at that pine straw on the bottom, that's how you know it's done correctly!
Giggles, chuckles, and guffaws made up the greater portion of the session, just because we could look to the side and see Sam huffing and puffing his way around in the snow with socks for gloves. Apparently, Louisianans don't have winter wear because it's rarely a true winter here. Maybe we should adopt the words of Winterfell and those of the North. "Winter is coming.... eventually, maybe, but probably not this year."
